Augmented reality

Real-world environment with superimposed computer-generated objects

Augmented reality is a term denoting a real-world environment with superimposed computer-generated objects. Put differently, the real world (e.g. a building or production line machine) is scanned by means of a mobile phone camera and then overlaid with digital information about a particular object in the real world.

The principle behind this technology is the enhancement/augmentation of real-world perception by the observer in real time. Augmented reality can provide better quality monitoring of production as a whole, individual machines, servicing, remote management, logistics operations control, production planning and maintenance.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
